About the project "Promoting inclusive and quality education through technology, leadership and sports - Hard"
The University of Craiova, in partnership with the D.A. Tesenov Academy of Economics and the Engage in Education Association, is launching the project “PROMoting IncluSivE and Quality Education through Technology, Leadership and Sport - Hard”, funded in the Interreg VI-A Romania – Bulgaria Programme.
This project aims to increase graduates' competencies and skills, making them more attractive on the Labour Market and improving their employability in the RO-BG cross-border region. Two educational infrastructures will be developed, one in Craiova, at the University of Craiova and another one in Svishtov, at “D.A. Tsenov” Academy of Economics. It is the second project where the University of Craiova and “D.A. Tsenov” Academy of Economics collaborate in the framework of Interreg Romania – Bulgaria Programme.
Project activities:
- Organizing 5 joint courses for 100 students, graduates or citizen on competencies required by the labor market in Romania and Bulgaria;
- Organising 6 joint summer schools for 120 students of the University of Craiova and D.A. Tsenov Academy of Economics;
- Developing a a joint network of a minimum of 20 NGOs, education providers, companies and public institutions to promote long life learning and employment in the RO-BG cross-border area;
- Organising 2 job fairs, 3 workshops and 2 professional conferences.
