Project launch conference

The project "Promoting inclusive and quality education through technology, leadership and sport - Hard" is co-financed by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund under the Interreg VI-A Romania - Bulgaria Programme.

Project manager: Prof. Nicu George BÎZDOACĂ, Vice-Rector for Structural Funds and Digitalisation

The project aims to increase the skills and abilities of graduates, making them more attractive on the labour market and, implicitly, improving their professional insertion capacity in the RO-BG cross-border region. Two valuable educational infrastructures will be developed, one in Craiova, at the University of Craiova, and the other in Svishtov, at the D.A. Tsenov Academy of Economics.

Activities: 1. Organization of 5 training courses for 100 students, graduates or citizens on the skills required by the labor market in Romania and Bulgaria; 2. Organization of 6 summer schools for 120 students and graduates of the University of Craiova and the DA Tsenov Academy; 3. Development of a common network of at least 20 NGOs, education providers, companies and public institutions to promote lifelong learning and employment in the RO-BG cross-border area (2 job fairs, 3 workshops, 2 conferences)
